Assisted Living Options for People with Disabilities — A New Resource Guide

The team at the Assisted Living Research Institute or www.assistedliving.org reached out to us and asked us to share the guide they recently published.  Heather Cora at the organization wrote, “I work with a group of medical professionals here at Assisted Living and based on conversations we have had with communities across the US, one of the common challenges that came up was finding proper care options for people living with disabilities. So, we created a guide that provides comprehensive information on topics like available care options, financial support, and free resources that are available from each state.”
Here is the link to their excellent resource guide:

Bravo to the team at Assisted Living for creating such a useful and thoroughly researched guide, including care options and estimated costs state by state. Please feel free to share this guide which contains great resources for those living with disabilities.

Here is more about their organization:

People always thing of the elderly, but it’s not always true. Thanks so much for posting. People can feel so alone and stressed just trying to find out information, let alone find a solution to the situation. Another amazing post!
